Our women’s group is a healing circle and a culturally safe space where Aboriginal women come together for connection, friendship, and yarning. Rooted in the strength of our culture, we gather to share stories, support one another, and participate in cultural activities that nurture identity and belonging.
We take a strengths-based approach, focusing on the wisdom, resilience, and knowledge within our mob. Through deepening cultural knowledge and strengthening community ties, our group supports healing, empowerment, and wellbeing for Aboriginal women and their families.

Our group catch-ups are all about bringing Aboriginal men together in a safe, welcoming space. We share food, run activities that support healing and wellbeing, and create chances to connect with culture and community. The group also goes on outings and excursions—like beach trips and other activities that the guys are interested in. It’s really about creating a space that’s led by the participants and meets their needs.
